Phase 1 Eligibility Requirements
- If Community-Based Agency
- Tax exemption status must be in good standing with the IRS.
- Event or Activity must be authorized by agency management.
- If University Club or Organization
- Must be in good standing with affiliated college or university.
- Event or activity must be authorized by the college or university.
- Application must be submitted by authorized student representative or agency management.
Next Steps
Submit your form below! Upon receipt of your initial pre-screening application herein, and upon Committee verifying that your agency or club is in fact eligible, it will be added to eligible candidate list. Subsequently, you will be contacted by email and invited to proceed to PHASE 2 of application process, and will be instructed to upload and submit any additional / supplemental information for further consideration. Meanwhile, all applicants are encouraged to join our email list as instructed in Step # 1, so that you stay informed and receive all ongoing notifications targeting your area of interest.
