Phase 1 Eligibility Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Must be a college student enrolled full-time at a community college or 4-year university, or must have graduated within the last year from a college or university, located in our current service territories. 
• Must be in good academic standing, with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, or must have graduated in good standing with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Must be interested in starting a business within one of our current service territories.
• All majors / career fields eligible (private sector, public sector & nonprofit sector).

Next Steps

Submit your form below!  Upon receipt of your initial pre-screening application herein, and upon Committee verifying that you are in fact eligible, you will be added to eligible candidate list.  Subsequently,  you will be contacted by email and invited to proceed to PHASE 2 of application process, and will be instructed to upload and submit additional / supplemental information for further consideration.   Meanwhile, all applicants are encouraged to join our email list as instructed in Step # 1,  so that you stay informed and receive all ongoing notifications targeting area of interest.
